1. Digital Products & Courses

All courses, downloadable materials, and digital products are delivered electronically. Once access is granted or a download is made, we cannot offer a return or refund. This is due to the nature of digital products.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If you have been charged accidentally or double-charged.

  • If there is a technical issue preventing access to the course or content, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can request course enrollment cancellations before accessing the course content. After access is granted, cancellation requests will follow the Refund Eligibility guidelines above.
